Directions to the Box-R Ranch:

We are located on Highway 66 between mileage marker posts 22 & 23.

From Ashland take Interstate 5 Exit 14 and go east 23 miles, look for Box R signpost on the left.. 

From Klamath Falls take Highway 66 west 39 miles, just past Pinehurst Inn, look for Box R signpost on the right.

The Box R is proud to announce that our newest meeting facility, The Great Western Hall, is now open for business! This classic western hall is an impressive grand hall with barn wood walls, wood plank floors and cathedral style ceilings.  It is located just up from our guest cabins. 

The Hall is designed for large events, with the 96' by 56' main floor is capable of holding 300 persons in conference seating or 150 people for banquets. Two large balconies look over the main floor, and the upper level has a private meeting room, the Stagecoach Room.  The Stagecoach Room is comfortable for small groups or executive meetings for up to 25 persons.

The Hall is ideally suited for receptions, weddings, concerts, conferences and events where spaciousness is desired and the Old West feel is appreciated. 

You can relax while we handle your dining experiences. We offer a full line of food and catering services for your meeting, retreat,  reception or event.  We can provide full dinner or lunch menus, buffets with hors d' oeuvres, including choices from our Ranch Classics menu.  Menus and prices available on request.
